Enclosed cab with heat and cold air conditioning, rear ripper / scarifier, 12’ moldboard with hydraulic tip and slide, hydraulic wheel lean, Front push block. Original factory paint with no damage, inside cab is clean with all controls functioning properly. Good tires and brakes. Starts easily and burns clean exhaust. Tight blade, frame, center and steering. Very nice, clean, straight, tight well-maintained grader with no known issues.
