Cable Recyling System
Complete Cable Recycling System, refurbished CMB Granulator with a spare set of blades & 3 different size screens, the separation table, the pre-shredder & the largest conveyor was purchased new in February 2022, the whole system is capable of up to 200kgs per hour, the separation table is a water separator with it’s own water recycling tank, so there is no water on the floor at all! Water separation has a better recovery rate than air separation.
All five machines are 3 phase and we have a 63amp 3 phase supply, this is more than ample. The submersible pump is on a 3pin plug and also you will need a water supply for topping up the water tank underneath the separation table.
The unit that we use is 36ft x 20ft and the footprint of the equipment is 15ft x 12ft.
